We can restore your metal roof to better than new condition, making it seamless and waterproof. This solution generally is more cost-effective and quicker than a full roof replacement so you’ll be saving both time and money.

Learn More

Our commercial roof coatings are an excellent option for metal roofs. This system is great in that it can be applied directly on top of the existing roof to create a seamless, waterproof barrier that reinvigorates your roof and makes it last for years. Many roofs that are starting to show signs of wear and tear do not need to be fully replaced but rather simply need a little TLC. Often it is just the outside surface that is starting to age and leak, but the primary structure of the roof is still healthy and intact, so it makes little sense to strip off and replace the entire roof.

Our roof coatings are some of the best in the business. With them, we can help save you time, money, and hassle. We also offer up to 20 year warranties on our products so you’ll have peace of mind that they will serve you for years to come. We look forward to being able to help you with all your commercial roofing needs so please get in touch with us and let us know how we can help.

STEP 1

We start by thoroughly cleaning the entire surface of your roof. This is done with a pressure washer and our premium, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly detergent. Using these we are able to strip a majority of the dirt, rust, and crud off the roof that has built up over the years. This clean surface allows our coatings to properly adhere to and seal your roof.

STEP 2

We apply the primer. This is the first step in making the roof seamless. The base coat binds everything together and creates a weatherproof sealant over all the weak spots to provide an added layer of protection. This coat is also designed to provide maximum adhesion to both the existing surface as well as the topcoat. This holds the whole system together and makes it one of the toughest and most durable in the industry.

STEP 3

We reinforce all the weak spots, which on metal roofs is the seams and fasteners. To do this we caulk all of the fasteners and apply our fabric tape over all the seams. This makes sure that any point where water had a change to get through now has an extra layer of protection over it.

STEP 4

We apply the topcoat. The topcoat is the final barrier to make your roof truly seamless, waterproof, and strong. It is class IV hail resistant so it can stand up to any test that Mother Nature will throw at it. It also features our reflective white roof technology, so while it is protecting your roof it is also reflecting the sun’s rays back into the sky which makes your building much more energy-efficient and can save significantly on cooling costs.

Our Spray Foam roofs provide a seamless barrier that insulates and waterproofs your commercial roof to save energy costs. This SPF System will deliver all these benefits on a new or restored roof for years to come.

Learn More

SPF provides a continuous air barrier preventing moisture through air leakage, minimizing dew point problems and condensation within the building envelope avoiding thermal bridging, resisting heat movement in all directions, and providing reliable performance under varying conditions.SPF roof systems can be applied directly over a variety of existing roofs.

This system adds very little weight, and so it is used over existing roofs without the need for tearing-off the existing roof. This reduces the cost. Our SPF delivers endless benefits ensuring complete satisfaction.

STEP 1

The first step is to clean the existing roof. We do this with pressure washers combined with our non-toxic, environmentally friendly detergents. We have to make sure that the roof is cleared of dirt and grime so that the new system will adhere properly.

STEP 2

We then apply Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF). This is a seamless barrier system that insulates and waterproofs your roof. This is applied at a minimum thickness of one inch. Many building owners find the system provides a lightweight, reliable barrier that not only withstands the test of time but is also a good investment.

STEP 3

Next, we apply base coat to the foam surface. This is the first of two coats and this particular coating has a fairly tacky consistency, which is designed to thoroughly bind and adhere the final coat to the foam.

STEP 4

Lastly, we apply the final coat. The final coat is a white elastomeric acrylic coating. This particular coating has a smooth finish, designed to resist dirt, dust, or any film that may come across the surface of the roof.

We can fully restore your membrane roof without the need for a costly-tear off. After our system is applied, your roof will be completely seamless and waterproof. As an added bonus, due to the high reflectivity of our roof coatings, you’ll see a dramatic impact on your energy bills.

Our membrane restoration systems create a seamless, waterproof barrier over your existing roof. As membranes like EPDM, TPO, and PVC age; they begin to crack, leak, and pick up dirt which diminishes their energy efficient properties. Our restoration system solves all of these in a cost-effective way without the need for any tear-offs.

We do this by first thoroughly cleaning the existing surface, making sure to remove all the built-up dirt and grime so that the new coating will adhere well. We then reinforce all of the seams and seal up any cracks or other compromised areas. We then apply our top coat which creates the seamless, waterproof barrier; making your roof better than new.

Your new roof will have increased energy efficient properties, especially if you choose to have us apply our white top coat. This reflects the sun’s rays which not only will reduce your cooling costs, but will also protect your roof from the damage of constant expanding and shrinking that comes with temperature fluctuations. Your new roof will be extremely durable and will last for years. Of course, as with all of our coatings, once it begins to age we can simply renew it with a fresh coat. We also back all of our coatings with multi-year warranties.

Fabric Reinforced systems are unique in that they can often be applied over roofs that would otherwise need to be torn off making it a very cost-effective option. They work exceptionally well on nearly any flat or low-slope roof.

Learn More

Our fabric reinforced roof is a unique system that is like a single ply but made on site with our acrylic coatings. It is more cost-effective up front as opposed to traditional single-ply because it can be applied over roofs that would otherwise need to be torn off and redone. However, the downside is that it needs more maintenance and generally needs to be recoated every 10-12 years. It is a tough and durable system if it is taken care of and has the added benefit of being more budget friendly.

Our fabric reinforced roofing system is a very versatile way to restore and strengthen your roof. This system can also be used as a standalone roof on new construction or roofs where a complete tear-off was necessary. We offer warranties on all of our products to make sure your investment is protected. We’d love to hear more about how we can help you so please get in touch with us to let us know more about your upcoming project.

STEP 1

As with all of our roof systems, we must first clean the existing roof. We do this with pressure washers combined with our non-toxic, environmentally friendly detergents. If needed, we will completely remove the existing roof and start fresh.

STEP 2

We then apply our base coat. This works to seal up the entire roof surface to make it seamless and waterproof. It also creates a proper adhesion layer to bind the existing roof, fabric, and topcoat together.

STEP 3

We install the fabric reinforcement right after the base coat so that the fabric becomes embedded in the base coat. The fabric adds strength and durability to the roof and results in a membrane that resists splitting and rupturing. This reinforces and strengthens not only the new roof but also helps protect the existing roof underneath.

STEP 4

We apply the topcoat. The topcoat binds together with the fabric and base coat to create a uniform membrane that will provide maximum protection for your roof. The topcoat has a class IV hail rating which, combined with the added strength from the fabric reinforcement, creates an incredibly strong barrier protecting your roof. The topcoat also features our reflective, white roof technology that reflects the sun’s rays keeping your building cooler and saving energy costs.
